Supply Chain Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Associate to join our team at PAION Pharma GmbH. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with suppliers, distributors, and stakeholders. Your primary objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction both internally and externally, while fostering growth in supply chain practices and promoting a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare quotations and process purchase orders for direct and indirect materials
  • Monitor and track sales orders, dispatch activities, and shipments, including GDP documentation
  • Analyze invoices to ensure accuracy of goods and services delivered
  • Work closely with contract manufacturers, B2B customers, and logistics service providers
  • Assist in planning activities and support day-to-day transactions and documentation of supply chain operations
  • Monitor inventory levels and prepare reports on supply chain performance
  • Analyze shipping and delivery data to optimize processes
  • Ensure accurate documentation and posting in ERP systems
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration or similar, or professional training and extensive experience in supply chain
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, procurement, or logistics
  • Proven experience in ERP systems and contract management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a high level of self-organisation and teamwork
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English and German
