Hotel Host Opportunity

MEININGER Hotels is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Hotel Host to join our team at MEININGER Hotel Köln West. As a Hotel Host, you will be responsible for creating a memorable experience for our guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process, and providing exceptional customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a great host and create a memorable stay for our guests
  • Manage check-ins and check-outs to create the best experience for our guests and optimize hotel occupancy
  • Respond to guests' personal and phone inquiries and provide advice on local attractions, activities, and additional services
  • Take care of operational and administrative tasks, including invoicing, hour registration, online reputation management, and quality checks
  • Work in a team and be ready to take on occasional tasks in the F&B area (breakfast, dinner, bar)
  • Enjoy a diverse working environment and be flexible to work weekdays, weekends, day-, evening-, and night shifts

Your Profile:

  • Have your first working experience in the hotel or be passionate about HORECA industries
  • Possess an outgoing personality and enjoy working in a bustling dynamic environment, performing a variety of tasks
  • Be a people person, like helping others, and creating an unforgettable experience for our guests
  • Be a team player, ready to help your colleagues and tackle challenges together
  • Speak German and English fluently (solid A2-B1 Level), any other languages are an advantage
