Are you a visionary leader who can drive innovation and excellence in the field of Quality Management? Do you have a passion for developing and implementing cutting-edge solutions that make a real difference? We're looking for a talented individual to join our Quality Excellence team within the Smart Infrastructure Electrification & Automation business unit.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating business process management, driving governance topics, and supporting the development of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) worldwide. You will also be the key contact for external certification and internal audits, as well as conducting Management Reviews for IMS in our headquarters.

What We're Looking For
  • A master's degree in business management, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or an equivalent subject
  • Several years of experience in Quality Management, especially in IMS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with senior management and possess intercultural experience
  • Strong knowledge of quality requirements in business processes and management systems
  • Experience in conducting audits for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 50001
  • Proficiency in using Data Analytics tools, such as Power BI
  • Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
