Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant to join our team at BTC Gruppe. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the requirements for our central IMS system from the BTC Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyze process-related cost-saving potential within the BTC AG and the BTC Group.
  • Develop and implement measures to realize the identified cost-saving potential.
  • Manage and oversee various administrative and commercial tasks.
  • Provide tactical and strategic advice to management and decentralized IMS coordinators.
  • Mentor decentralized IMS representatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in implementing and operating management systems according to ISO 27001.
  • Experience in introducing the SAP S/4 HANA process model is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of management systems and process management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
