Wir suchen eine erfahrene und motivierte Person, die unsere Zoo-Abteilung leiten möchte. Als Gruppenleiter Zoo sind Sie verantwortlich für die Führung und Entwicklung Ihres Teams. Sie werden die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter bei der Erreichung unserer Ziele unterstützen und ihnen eine positive Arbeitsumgebung bieten.

Aufgaben und Verantwortungen
  • Die Führung und Entwicklung des Zoo-Teams
  • Die Planung und Durchführung von Projekten und Initiativen
  • Die Sicherstellung der Qualität und Sicherheit der Tierhaltung
  • Die Kommunikation mit den Kolleginnen und Kollegen und den Kunden
