Our Expectations

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our zoo team. As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the zoo, including animal care, customer service, and team management.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for our visitors
  • Lead and manage a team of animal care specialists and customer service representatives
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve animal care and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Monitor and maintain the zoo's facilities and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
