Our Business Unit R&D and Product Lifecycle Management supports our customers in mastering the transformation to a modern and competitive development organization: from strategic questions about the future orientation and sustainability of the development area to the implementation in the R&D organization, engineering and PLM processes and IT systems, and anchoring in the management model. And that in individual optimization initiatives just as in comprehensive R&D and Product Lifecycle Management transformation projects.

  • Your Professional Expertise: You bring at least six to ten years of professional experience from consulting and project management in the area of PLM-Automatisierung (RPA, Digital Assistants, in the context of Research & Development (R&D) and Product Lifecycle Management. In addition, you have knowledge of standard PLM tools (e.g. Siemens PLM Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Dassault Systems 3DS), engineering tools (e.g. Catia, Siemens NX, Creo), and ERP systems (SAP S/4 HANA, preferred).
  • Your Competences: Your entrepreneurial skills are demonstrated in the acquisition of new projects and customers as well as in the development of our business fields. You communicate convincingly to the point in German and English.
  • Your Academic Background: Your studies form the basis for your comprehensive expertise.
