As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights, enabling our clients to make informed and trusted judgments and gain a competitive edge in their respective industries.
Your mission will be to ask the right questions, drive projects, and deliver business insights that drive tangible results. You will also contribute to the growth of our organization by mentoring and guiding associate data professionals, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster their professional development. Additionally, you will stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies, nurturing your skills and providing thought leadership and support within our company.
Requirements- 2 or more years of experience as an analyst in a fast-paced environment driving projects and business insights
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability for critical thinking and reflection
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to leverage both SQL and visualization tools to generate insights for our clients
- Business Fluency (C2 or native) in German or English
- Preferred: You managed to bring a data science model to production
- Preferred: You have strong expertise in one or more core functional data areas (e.g. product/marketing/operational/etc.)
We offer a hybrid work environment, meeting in the office twice a week, and allowing for intra-EU workcations for up to 3 months a year. We provide a market-friendly salary, distribute at least 20% of profits to our employees, and have a great yearly offsite event that brings us all together for a full week. We believe in efficient working hours rather than long working hours, focusing on the output rather than the input.
