About the Role

Oetker Digital GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in owning and leveraging data to drive business decisions and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their strategies, needs, and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business partners to ensure data solutions align with business goals.
  • Act as a consultant, using probing questions to gain deep insights into the business domain and processes.
  • Analyze datasets to extract actionable insights and support data-driven decision making.
  • Develop and implement statistical models to solve complex business problems.
  • Communicate insights in a compelling and accessible manner to support data-driven decision making.
  • Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights through effective data storytelling.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in data analysis or data consulting, preferably within a business context, preferably in Consulting.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science).
  • Proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data analysis and modeling.
  • Experiences with Cloud platforms for data storage and processing, having worked with BigQuery is a plus.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Experience in Marketing Analytics & Optimization.
  • Fluent in German and English.
