About the Role:

MAM Gruppe is seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our team as a Compliance Specialist in Food and Consumer Goods Law. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our company's compliance with food and product regulations at both national and European levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently and independently manage issues related to food and product law, with a problem-solving approach.
  • Provide support during critical situations, such as product returns and recalls.
  • Effectively communicate the company's legal positions on food and product regulations at both national and European levels.
  • Conduct label compliance reviews for food and consumer goods.
  • Monitor and analyze court decisions, particularly those impacting food and consumer goods law.

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of food law, with at least five years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge in related legal areas such as pharmaceutical, cosmetic, medical device, and calibration law is a plus, or you are eager to develop expertise in these fields.
  • Quick-thinking, pragmatic, and excel in developing legally sound solutions to complex problems.
