Economist / Mathematician / Underwriter Italy

Serve a reinsurance treaty portfolio comprised of our clients, namely primary insurance companies from Italy, and analyse reinsurance inquiries from our customers, including risk assessment.
Calculate premiums and support the entire process through to the decision stage, compile, check and modify treaty documents as well as final treaty administration, and monitor primary insurance and reinsurance markets in the supported region.
RequirementsYou will need a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a quantitative orientation (economics, mathematics or business administration), and initial experience in the (re)insurance or financial sector, gained for example through internships, is an asset.
Proficient user skills in English, independent user skills in German and Italian combined with communication skills, and a willingness to go on occasional business trips, roughly three or four times a year, in connection with customer visits and market events.
