Ihre Aufgaben

Als Head of Controlling sind Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

  • Sie führen das zentrale Controlling der Unternehmensgruppe mit 3 Teamleitern und 11 Mitarbeitern
  • Sie verantworten mit Ihrem Team die Teilbereiche Operatives Controlling (Einkauf, Vertrieb und Marketing), Finanzcontrolling, BI, Investitionscontrolling und Controlling Digital
  • Sie entwickeln die Analysemethoden weiter und tracken die Performance der operativen Bereiche
  • Sie vertreten das Controlling in interdisziplinären Projekten und entwickeln bestehende Kennzahlensysteme weiter
  • Sie gestalten den Veränderungsprozess hinsichtlich der Rolle des Controllings hin zum Business Partner und etablieren das Controlling als festen Bestandteil der Businessprozesse im Unternehmen
  • Die Veränderungsprozesse zwischen Controlling und den Fachbereichen gestalten Sie aktiv
  • In allen Fragen zur Unternehmensperformance sind Sie der Ansprechpartner für die Geschäftsführung
Ihr Profil
  • Sie verfügen über ein Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, idealerweise mit Vertiefung im Controlling oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Controlling im Handel
  • Affinität zu Zahlen sowie sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen und BI-Systemen, haben Sie erfolgreich unter Beweis gestellt
  • Neben einer eigenständigen und strukturierten Arbeitsweise verfügen Sie über ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Sicheres Auftreten, Durchsetzungs- und Kommunikationsstärke runden Ihr Profil ab
