Die echohelden GmbH ist eine junge und innovative Digitalagentur mit Schwerpunkt auf Social Media Marketing. Wir entwickeln kreative Social Media Strategien für spannende Kunden und decken von der Kreation über die Konzeption bis hin zu Social Ads alles ab, was moderne Brands brauchen.

Aufgaben

Als Digital Art Director bei uns bist du verantwortlich für die Produktion von digitalem Content. Das bedeutet:

  • Gestaltung und Produktion von Fotos, Videos und Animationen für Social Media Netzwerke mit After Effects und weiteren Adobe Creative Cloud Programmen
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Fotoshootings
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Redaktionsplänen
  • eigenständige Betreuung deiner Projekte und Kunden

Wir sind ein agiles Team, das sich ständig weiterentwickelt und neue Herausforderungen annimmt. Als Digital Art Director bei uns hast du die Möglichkeit, deine kreativen Ideen umzusetzen und sie in die Welt hinauszutragen.

Qualifikation

Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kommunikationsdesign ist nicht zwingend notwendig, wenn du bereits Berufserfahrung und entsprechende Arbeitsproben vorweisen kannst. Wir suchen nach jemandem, der:

  • den Umgang mit den gängigen Design Programmen (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, AfterEffects, PremierePro usw.)
  • mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung als (Junior) Art Director/in in einer Agentur
  • Offenheit und Neugier gegenüber neuen Technologien und Trends
  • strukturiertes Denken und die Fähigkeit, eine große Menge an Daten zu organisieren und den Überblick zu behalten
  • eine produktive Arbeitsweise und eine "pack an"-Mentalität
  • sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Social Media Netzwerken
  • eine ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, sich in andere Menschen hineinzuversetzen
  • Organisationstalent zur Koordination deiner Projekte
