About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Operations Coordinator to join our team at ENYRING GmbH. As the right-hand person to the CEO, you will play a vital role in coordinating the CEO's daily schedule, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the CEO's daily schedule, managing meetings, appointments, and schedule adjustments.
- Organize and manage all travel bookings for the CEO, guaranteeing smooth and efficient travel arrangements.
- Arrange business dinners and social events as needed.
- Assist with processing expense claims and oversee various administrative duties.
- Act as a personal assistant, handling both professional and personal requests for the CEO.
- Provide support for Japanese expatriates, facilitating a smooth transition to life in Berlin.
Requirements
- You are a native or C1/C2 Japanese speaker with strong written and spoken proficiency in German.
- You have fluency in English, the company's official working language.
- You possess excellent organizational and multitasking skills, able to manage competing priorities effectively.
- You demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- You bring politeness and professionalism to all interactions, including those with executives from the head office.
- You can handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
- You bring adaptability and flexibility to handle unexpected tasks or schedule changes calmly and efficiently.
- You are comfortable using office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace, MS Teams) and scheduling tools (e.g., Outlook Calendar).
