Marketing Operations Specialist

As a Marketing Operations Specialist - Email & Push, you will be working within Audible's EU Marketing Operations team and will support 5 countries (DE, ES, FR, IT, UK).
You will be based in Berlin and will support us building and preserving trusting relationships with our customers.
In this role, you will focus on establishing Outbound (email and push) flows and experiences, from the creation of journeys and campaigns to monitoring performance and continuously improving future iterations.
The position is open through a 12 months contract.
About You
You are passionate about testing campaigns and have relevant experience from previous roles.
In this role, you will create outbound email and push templates and campaigns, including testing, personalisation and targeting as briefed in by our marketing stakeholders.
You will update, manage and optimise our automated email campaigns and multitouch customer journeys.
You will work with marketers to improve project process and projects themselves through recommendations based on what you've seen work well before.
You will advocate for personalisation across all customer touchpoints using internal and external technology.
You will help identify opportunities for efficiency by automating whatever can be automated.
