About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Corporate Information Security Unit as an Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure seamless operations and contribute to the success of our global IT projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Corporate Information Security Unit and its underlying departments
  • Assist with various IT projects and program management tasks, taking initiatives to see them through from start to finish
  • Maintain an overview of all internal and external resources within the unit, keeping track of available capacity and budget
  • Proactively identify and resolve administrative issues or conflicts, striving to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
  • Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for meetings, and take and distribute meeting minutes to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to confidently interact with individuals at all levels within the organization
  • Strong affinity for IT topics and digitalization, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
  • High level of discretion, with the ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality
  • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to thrive in rapidly changing environments and adjust to shifting priorities
