Wir suchen eine Projektmanagerin für Contract & Claimsmanagement in der Energiewende.

Die Stelle ist Teil unseres Teams für Contract & Claimsmanagement und bietet die Möglichkeit, sich auf komplexe Projekte zu konzentrieren.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Mitwirken bei der Gestaltung von Verträgen und der Führung von Verhandlungen
  • Projektbegleitende Vertragsführung (Contract Administration)
  • Technische Vertrags- und Risikoanalysen, Schnittstellenklärungen
  • Entwicklung von Strategien und Konzepten zur Claimaufbereitung und -abwehr
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erarbeitung und Abwehr von Claims
  • Unterstützung / Beratung der Projektteams in Vertragsfragen
Ihr Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Ingenieurwissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsrecht)
  • Vorzugsweise relevante Berufserfahrung im Vertrags- und / oder Projektmanagement
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht wie BGB, VOB, HOAI, vorzugsweise auch Kenntnisse internationaler Standardvertragsmuster wie z.B. FIDIC
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit Software-Tools (MS Office)
  • Reise- und Einsatzbereitschaft
