Shape the Future of Education with Your Creative Vision

At eduBITES, we're revolutionizing corporate learning by harnessing the power of AI and synthetic media to create engaging and impactful learning experiences. As a Visual Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing our vision to life.

Your Impact:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, marketing, product) to develop and expand our brand toolkit, crafting compelling visuals that communicate our product and brand identity.
  • Support the content team in designing bespoke learning courses, incorporating custom visuals to enhance learner engagement.
  • Refine existing visual assets for diverse client projects, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand experience.
  • Assist the Lead UX/UI Designer in establishing comprehensive CI guidelines and building a library of assets (icons, images, colors, fonts) tailored for various communication channels, from product interfaces to presentations and videos.
  • Contribute to video and audio content production as needed, leveraging your creative skills to enhance learning materials.
  • Maintain a balance between creativity, aesthetic quality, and scalability within our design workflow.

Your Expertise:

  • Proven experience in digital design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Mastery of industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Sketch, Figma).
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and other presentation software.
  • Experience with prototyping and UI animation is a plus.
  • Tech-savviness and comfort with productivity and communication tools (Teams, Slack, MS Office, G Suite).
  • Enthusiasm for exploring the potential of AI in content creation.
  • A practical mindset that combines creativity with strategic thinking.
  • Fluency in English; German language skills are a valuable asset.
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced and quality-driven environment.
  • Collaborative spirit and a commitment to teamwork.
