About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hausmeister (m/w/d) to join our team at CJD Elze in Weetzen. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings and grounds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of buildings, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
  • Ensure the safety and security of our facilities and staff
  • Manage and maintain our fleet of vehicles
  • Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers
  • Perform routine inspections and report any issues or concerns
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

  • Completed apprenticeship or equivalent experience in a related trade
  • Experience in electrical or heating systems is desirable
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
