CJD is seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Weetzen.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and maintaining a safe and functional environment for our residents.

  • Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain electrical, gas, water, and heating systems.
  • Carry out repairs and preventative maintenance tasks across various building components.
  • Ensure the security of the premises and address any damage reports promptly.
  • Source necessary materials and coordinate with external contractors for specialized work.
  • Respond to emergency situations effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain outdoor areas and oversee fleet management responsibilities.
  • Handle administrative tasks and errands as required.

Your Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training in a relevant field.
  • Experience with electrical or heating systems is highly advantageous.
