Your Daily Responsibilities

Are you seeking a position where your project management and consulting skills can create a significant impact? If you are passionate about transforming strategic visions into measurable business outcomes, then the role of Program Manager (m/f/x) within our PMO team could be the ideal opportunity for you. In this capacity, you will oversee comprehensive strategic planning and reporting across the organization, while also managing the execution of strategic and internal consulting initiatives across various business units.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning cycle at both the business unit and departmental levels, encompassing bi-annual planning and monthly reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, budget, timelines, dependencies, resource needs, and milestones.
  • Facilitate and document monthly Strategy Board and Management meetings, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
  • Assume full accountability for projects from inception to completion, managing risks, issues, and change control while maintaining regular updates to the project team.
  • Oversee project team members and serve as the primary liaison to all stakeholders and departments involved.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to resolve challenges and enhance project outcomes.
  • Continuously improve the PMO's processes, tools, and best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree is required.
  • Professional Background: Relevant experience in a similar role or as a management consultant is essential.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory, while proficiency in German is preferred.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including C-level executives and senior management.
  • Consultative Approach: Skilled in advising and supporting stakeholders in their decision-making processes.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with a methodical and analytical approach.
  • Results-Oriented: Focused on achieving exceptional results and willing to challenge the status quo.
  • Accountability: Demonstrated ownership of project life cycles and proactive management of challenges.
  • Self-Motivated: Eager to identify potential needs and advocate for collaborative solutions.
  • Willingness to Travel: Open to traveling to various company locations as required.
