Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Management Coordinator to join our team in Karlsruhe. As a Product Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing product data, coordinating with suppliers, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product data in SAP, including creating and updating product information, and ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Coordinate with suppliers to clarify delivery dates and update product information in the system.
- Communicate with suppliers, sales teams, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth product flow and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Prepare and distribute product information, such as price lists and product catalogs.
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Word and Excel.
- Experience with SAP and knowledge of the tire and wheel industry is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
