We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Engineer to join our AdTech team at HelloFresh. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of our Marketing Tech Stack, Customer Data, Experimentation, and MLOps platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement end-to-end technical solutions for product challenges, ensuring alignment with our target data architecture.
- Provide guidance and support to engineering teams and staff engineers in crafting technical solutions, leveraging your expertise in database systems, distributed computing, backend development frameworks, mobile application development platforms, and data engineering tools and best practices.
- Advocate for data operational excellence, working with teams and engineering leadership to identify and prioritize investments aimed at enhancing data quality and the resilience of data pipelines.
- Lead and mentor engineering teams, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives.
- Deep technical expertise in a broad range of technical skills relevant to data, backend, frontend, and mobile engineering.
- Systems thinking and the ability to understand complex systems at a holistic level, recognizing how different components interact and impact each other.
- Exceptional collaboration skills to effectively work with teams spanning different engineering disciplines, fostering an environment of cooperation, knowledge sharing, and alignment towards common goals.
