At GULP – experts united, we're seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team of experts in the plant engineering sector in Dresden. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our products and services.

About the Role

  • Develop and maintain quality documents, including inspection instructions, initial sample reports, and measurement and inspection concepts.
  • Communicate batch release protocols with customers and suppliers in quality meetings, ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Analyze quality problems and failures, coordinating problem-solving concepts with interdisciplinary teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support the maintenance and further development of integrated management systems, including audit planning and administration of forms, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess manufacturability, conduct FMEA rounds, and plan and design special measuring equipment.
  • Organize and manage control loops, such as Q-circles, to drive quality excellence.
  • Provide training and support to employees on testing tasks, ensuring a high level of quality awareness and expertise.
  • Communicate effectively with international customers and suppliers, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • Develop evaluations based on quality and process indicators, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Engineering degree or further training as a technician.
  • Knowledge of quality planning according to AIAG and VDA specifications.
  • Experience in creating control plans and test instructions.
  • Specialist knowledge of quality monitoring using statistical methods.
  • Good knowledge and confident use of quality assurance methods and tools.
  • Experience in complaint management and 8D processing.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP/PPS systems (FOSS, SAP, or similar).
  • Excellent German and very good written and spoken English skills.
  • Organizational talent, assertiveness, and hands-on mentality.
