Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager Sterility Assurance

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager Sterility Assurance to join our team at 1790 SmithKline Beecham Pharma GmbH & Co KG. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and sterility assurance in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the QA Sterility Assurance team and ensure the implementation of quality systems and processes.
  • Develop and maintain quality procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain training programs for QA personnel.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. biology, biochemistry, pharmacy).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
