Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative at TeamViewer, you will be responsible for making phone calls with our customers, assisting them with their current requests, and helping to develop client relationships and retain existing customers.

You will also learn and apply retention, customer service, and sales techniques, collaborate closely with the Sales Team, and ensure that our customer accounts are updated with the correct information.

Requirements

  • Enrolled student in the fields of business administration, linguistics, or any other related subject
  • Fluency in French is mandatory, advanced English skills and further languages are a plus
  • Service-oriented, committed, and team-spirited
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
