About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team at Amazon Extra Large (AMXL). As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of heavy items, such as furniture and large home appliances, to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure and monitor workflows, track onsite performance, and identify areas for improvement in third-party logistics (3PL) operations.
  • Use data analysis to optimize safety, quality, and productivity in 3PL environments.
  • Resolve operational problems in flows to/from external service providers.
  • Act as a point of contact for Amazon departments and external partners, such as Supply Chain, Retail, and Transportation teams.
About the Team

Our team at Amazon Extra Large (AMXL) is responsible for managing the entire service, from supply chain fulfillment to delivery and returns. We are committed to providing an extra level of customer care, including unpacking, assembling, and installing large items, and taking away old items where needed.

Requirements
  • Advanced proficiency in German in both written and verbal communication (C1 Common European Framework of Reference, CEFR).
  • Relevant experience working with data analytics and using metrics to identify problems.
  • Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience of stakeholder management, including building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Experience in an operational environment, such as logistics, retail, hospitality, or customer service.
  • Upper intermediate proficiency in English.
