Your Role:

As an HR IT Technical Consultant, you will play a vital role in shaping and maintaining our HR technology infrastructure. You will be responsible for the technical implementation, development, and support of SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring seamless integration with our business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Plan and execute projects related to HR system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with HR departments to understand their needs and ensure optimal system functionality.
  • Develop comprehensive training materials and technical documentation for users.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in the HR technology landscape.

Your Profile:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong technical background and a passion for HR technology.

  • Proven experience working with SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
