Sustainability Manager

Als Nachhaltigkeitsmanager/in bei VED BT Management GmbH sind Sie verantwortlich für die Konzeption, Umsetzung und stetige Weiterentwicklung der ESG-Strategie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung.
Sie unterstützen die operativen Business Units bei der Identifikation und Umsetzung von Nachhaltigkeitsprojekten und analysieren und umsetzen konzernweite Vorgaben zu den Berichtspflichten im Bereich der Nachhaltigkeitsaktivitäten.
Sie sind mit der Planung, Vorbereitung und Koordination von Audits beauftragt, einschließlich der Unterstützung der operativen Business Units bei der Erfüllung von Berichts- und Dokumentationspflichten.
Sie führen Lebenszyklusanalysen, Carbon-Footprint-Berechnungen und Kennzahlenermittlung durch und coachen die Mitarbeitenden zur Förderung der Bewusstseinsbildung und Motivation zur Entwicklung von Projektvorschlägen.
Sie unterstützen eine aktive, lebendige Beteiligung von Mitarbeitenden an konzerninternen Nachhaltigkeitswettbewerben.
Ihr ProfilSie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement, Umwelt-/Ressourcenmanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Sie verfügen über fundierte Berufserfahrung im Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement nach ISO 14001, ISO 50001 oder EMAS.
Sie haben Interesse und Motivation, neue Themenfelder in einem interdisziplinären Geschäftsfeld zu übernehmen und sind selbstständig einarbeiten und bereit, die daraus resultierenden Aufgaben und Projekte zu übernehmen.
Sie arbeiten pragmatisch, analytisch und ergebnisorientiert und haben einen souveränen Auftritt sowie Kommunikationsstärke und Interesse an der Arbeit in internationalen Teams.
Sie sind bereit, zu Dienstreisen im In- und Ausland und haben fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
