Job Description

Rittal GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Product Management team in the IT Infrastructure and Data Center department. As a Teamleitung / Gruppenleitung (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the global product portfolio of IT Power and IT Monitoring solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a small team of professionals in a disciplined and technical manner
  • Oversee the global product portfolio of IT Power and IT Monitoring solutions
  • Develop and implement global solutions with a focus on unique selling points and customer benefits
  • Monitor the market and competition
  • Coordinate and execute product launches and global market introduction measures
  • Support national and international sales organizations and local partners
  • Develop and execute product presentations, workshops, and training sessions
Requirements
  • Completed studies in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Engineering)
  • Several years of experience in the software or electronics industry
  • Good market and industry knowledge in the field of IT Infrastructure and Data Center
  • Familiarity with MS Office and SAP is desirable
  • Fluent English skills and intercultural competence
  • Team player with a hands-on mentality, strong communication skills, and experience in building networks
