Job Description

Rittal GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Product Management team in the IT Infrastructure/Data Center department. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for the global product portfolio of IT Power and IT Monitoring solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Disciplinary and technical leadership of a small team
  • Responsibility for the global product portfolio of IT Power and IT Monitoring solutions
  • Combining global solutions with a focus on unique selling points and customer benefits
  • Market and competition monitoring
  • Supporting national and international sales organizations and local partners
  • Developing and implementing product presentations, workshops, and training

Requirements:

  • Completed studies (e.g. Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, etc.) or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in the field of software/electronics
  • Good market and industry knowledge in the field of IT Infrastructure/Data Center
  • Fundamental experience with MS Office, SAP (desired)
  • Fluent English skills and intercultural competence
  • Team player with a hands-on mentality, strong communication skills, and experience in building networks
