About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treasury Specialist to join our team at DKV Mobility. As a key member of our Corporate Finance department, you will play a critical role in the operational development of our treasury functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement complex financing and capital structures in an international environment to secure the liquidity of the DKV Mobility Group.
- Manage working capital and drive continuous improvements to optimize our financial performance.
- Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, as well as decision papers, to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Lead treasury-related post-merger integrations of international acquisitions to ensure a seamless transition.
- Develop and maintain the treasury reporting, risk management, and compliance framework to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the primary contact for relevant stakeholders and financing partners to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in treasury operations, preferably in an international group with a strong focus on capital markets.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting and relevant treasury requirements, as well as proficiency in SAP FI/BW and common treasury software tools.
- Strategic mindset, independent work style, and strong valuation and financing skills to drive business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
- Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
