Labor Relations Specialist

As a Labor Relations Specialist at GROHE, you will play a critical role in the HR Partnerships team, focusing on managing HR co-determination projects and fostering positive labor relations. You will collaborate closely with the HR Leader Partnerships & Operations, Germany, and other key stakeholders to address co-determination topics and negotiate pragmatic works agreements, especially in the field of digital / IT.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, support, and lead negotiations with enterprise work councils in close collaboration with the Leader, HR Partnerships and Operations, Germany.
  • Participate in change- and strategic initiatives and projects where Labor relations expertise is needed, analyze and advise on solutions, and provide operational support.

Your Profile:

  • Formal education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Business Law (or at least 5 years of relevant experience).
  • Proficiency in English and German is required.
  • Project management skills, ability to organize, prioritize activities, and deliver outcomes timely.
  • Excellent communication skills, confident to influence and assertive skills.
  • Ability to work towards and negotiate win-win outcomes.
  • Open-minded and empathetic personality to engage with stakeholders and build trusting relationships to achieve common goals.
  • Experience of working with work councils and/or unions.
  • Ideal previous experience in supporting transformation and implementing strategies.
  • Solid work experience within Labor Law/Tariff/Labor Relations areas.
  • Ability to deal with challenging situations confidently.
  • Ability to provide sound and convincing recommendations and advice.
