A100 ROW GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed professional to provide hands-on support to our Data Center Infrastructure Operations team as a Data Center Security Manager.
We are responsible for the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all our global infrastructure, ensuring our customers have uninterrupted access to our services.
We support all our data centers and the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that enable our customers to innovate and grow.
Key Responsibilities- Protect Sensitive Data and Assets: Monitor data in motion, in use, and at rest to prevent unauthorized access and ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data.
- Implement Data Loss Prevention Technologies: Manage data loss prevention technologies for on-premises access control and CCTV systems, ensuring compliance with AWS policies and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Write Reports and Communicate with Management: Provide regular updates on the status of physical security operations, including new security construction or retrofit projects, and manage the security P&L for assigned sites.
- Execute Compliance Processes: Directly work with contract guard forces to run daily data center operations, triage events, and assess suspicious activities related to data loss.
- Support Incident Response Teams: Collaborate with incident response teams in data loss-related investigations and provide insights, conclusions, and actionable recommendations.
- Map Data Security Flow Diagrams: Provide visibility on where sensitive data lies and how it's adequately secured, ensuring security controls are correctly applied to systems, applications, and platforms housing sensitive and critical data.
- Conduct Data Security Assessments: Validate the security posture of the organization, identifying data security risks as they relate to the business and data privacy.
- Provide Direction and Guidance: Establish strong relationships with other data functions within the organization, ensuring recommendations are aligned with customer/business needs and capabilities.

Basic Qualifications- 2+ years of operational experience using CCTV, access control, intrusion systems, and investigative interrogation of access control.
- 2+ years of experience supporting GDPR compliance in the use of data collection technology (e.g., CCTV, Access Control systems).
- 5+ years of experience in a direct management role with large contract guard force teams (50+ officers).
- Certified Protection Officer (CPO)
- Physical Security Professional (PSP) or other recognized security professional qualification.
