About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Analyst to join our team at Uniper. As a key member of our Market Analysis Team, you will be responsible for delivering in-depth insights and forecasts on the European renewable energy market.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the European power and RES market, including politics, regulations, and support schemes.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis and provide actionable insights to inform commercial and strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for decarbonization and commercial success.
  • Present complex market insights to a wide range of stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.

Your Profile

  • Excellent education in a relevant field, such as Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Energy, Engineering, or Economics.
  • Proven experience in fundamental market analysis, with a strong understanding of the European power and RES market.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience working with databases and data analysis tools, with a strong understanding of data visualization techniques.
