Senior Marketeer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketeer to join our team at LYNX Berlin. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness in the German-speaking market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute ongoing marketing strategies to create demand and capture new customers.
  • Create and manage multichannel marketing campaigns to support business objectives.
  • Analyze customer data to inform marketing activities and optimize results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Set ambitious goals and define key performance indicators to measure marketing success.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in demand generation and/or demand capture, preferably in Fintech or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-channel marketing activities to achieve set targets.
  • Excellent copywriting skills to translate our message to the market.
  • Strong ability to make data-driven decisions on marketing priorities.
  • Project management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in German and English.
