Internal Audit Lead

We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit Lead - Risk Management Expert to join our boutique firm in Luxembourg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading internal audit missions, evaluating corporate governance and internal controls, and developing policies and procedures in compliance with Luxembourgish legislation and CSSF regulations.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will assist clients with the setup of their entity in Luxembourg, drafting CSSF applications, and reviewing relevant documentation. Your role will involve identifying and assessing potential risks for your clients, providing proactive solutions, and defining new risk management models.
To qualify for this position, you must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in audit in Luxembourg. This may have been gained through external audit in a Big Four or audit firm, or alternatively through internal audit with a financial service provider. You should have prior exposure to a client base consisting of PSFs, banks, and/or investment funds.
You are fluent in French and have a full professional proficiency in English, enabling you to communicate effectively with clients. A strong desire to expand your knowledge and grow in your autonomy is essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
This role offers a better balance between your work and personal life, with minimal overtime and a flexible working schedule. You will enjoy regular homeworking, making your daily organization much easier. Depending on your prior experience, you can expect an annual gross salary of up to €74,000, meal vouchers worth €10.80, full health insurance coverage, and an annual bonus.
