Wir suchen nach einem erfahrenen Lead Interaction Designer, der unsere Kundenprojekte leitet und funktionsübergreifende Teams steuert, um erstklassige Designqualität und Konsistenz sicherzustellen.

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Leite wichtige Kundenprojekte und steuere funktionsübergreifende Teams, um erstklassige Designqualität und Konsistenz sicherzustellen.
  • Konzipiere, plane und führe unsere Designprojekte durch, die sich auf innovative Benutzererfahrungen und Schnittstellen konzentrieren.
  • Überwache den gesamten Design-Lebenszyklus, von der Konzeptualisierung und dem Wireframing bis hin zum finalen visuellen Design und der Implementierung.
  • Integriere die neuesten Technologien in die Portfolios visionärer Unternehmen und arbeite eng mit Kunden und Techies von MaibornWolff zusammen, um ganzheitliche Designlösungen zu entwickeln.
  • Führe und betreue ein Design-Team und fördere ein Umfeld der Kreativität und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung.
  • Spielle eine zentrale Rolle bei Kundenpräsentationen und erkläre Designkonzepte sowie den strategischen Wert dahinter.
Dein Profil:
  • Hast erfolgreich ein Studium in Interaction Design, Kommunikation, Industrial Design oder einem verwandten Bereich abgeschlossen.
  • Hast mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung als Senior Designer und leitest Designteams in komplexen Projektumgebungen, idealerweise in der Softwarebranche.
  • Kannst ein starkes Portfolio vorweisen, das deine Fähigkeiten im konzeptionellen Design und visuellen Storytelling zeigt.
  • Besitzt umfangreiche Kenntnisse in Designsystemen, -methoden und Design-Tools wie Figma, Adobe Creative Suite und Prototyping-Tools.
  • Kommunizierst fließend auf Deutsch und Englisch.
