Wir suchen einen Leiter Interaction Design, der unsere Kundenprojekte mit kreativen und innovativen Lösungen unterstützt. Als Teil unseres Teams bei MaibornWolff GmbH wirst du die Möglichkeit haben, deine Fähigkeiten als Designer zu entwickeln und deine Ideen in die Praxis umzusetzen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Leitung von Kundenprojekten und Steuerung von funktionsübergreifenden Teams
  • Konzeption, Planung und Durchführung von Designprojekten
  • Überwachung des gesamten Design-Lebenszyklus
  • Integration von Design- und Technologietrends in Produkt-Schnittstellendesigns
  • Führung und Betreuung eines Design-Teams
  • Kundenpräsentationen und Erklärung von Designkonzepten
Dein Profil
  • Studium in Interaction Design, Kommunikation, Industrial Design oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung als Senior Designer und Leitung von Designteams
  • Starkes Portfolio mit Fähigkeiten im konzeptionellen Design und visuellen Storytelling
  • Umfangreiche Kenntnisse in Designsystemen, -methoden und Design-Tools
  • Fließende Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch
