About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Contract Manager with a strong background in business administration or project management. The ideal candidate will have expertise in contract law and experience in similar functions. A university degree or completed apprenticeship is required, along with fluency in German and good written and spoken English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in offer calculations to ensure accurate pricing and profitability
  • Prepare and review contracts, participating in negotiations to secure favorable terms
  • Create and monitor project budgets and costs to maintain effective project controlling
  • Manage project-related risks and claims through proactive identification and resolution
  • Evaluate and clarify contractual points, services, and billing differences to minimize disputes
  • Collaborate with specialist departments to resolve project-related tax and insurance issues
  • Update project forecasts to reflect changing circumstances
  • Maintain contract and customer relationships with Project Managers
