Industrial Insurance Risk Management Specialist

This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to drive our insurance strategy forward, working closely with external brokers and stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment with our comprehensive global insurance strategies.
We're looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in industrial insurance, liability, engineering, property, and marine insurance. Your expertise will directly influence our global operations, and you'll play a critical role in driving our mission to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage relationships with external insurance brokers, ensuring their alignment with our comprehensive global insurance strategies.
- Review and provide strategic feedback on insurance-related contract components to ensure full compliance with our Global Risk Policy.
- Administer and optimize our global insurance program, guaranteeing consistent coverage across all divisions, units, and countries.
- Efficiently handle insurance claims across various sectors, ensuring they are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- An apprenticeship as an insurance clerk or equivalent qualification; further training as an insurance specialist or a degree in business studies is highly desirable.
- Several years of robust experience in the insurance industry, particularly within industrial insurance. Experience with international insurance programs will be a significant advantage.
- Deep expertise in liability, engineering, property, and marine insurance.
- A strong grasp of the technical and legal aspects relevant to industrial insurance, enabling you to navigate complex scenarios effectively.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and German, essential for clear communication in our international environment.
- A proven track record of customer orientation, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in MS Office is a must.
