About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to join our team at Logistik-Consultants | Baykolog GmbH. As a leading provider of logistics consulting services, we are looking for a professional who can drive the implementation of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and lead our clients' logistics teams to success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lösungsfinder and Umsetzer: Develop and implement WMS solutions, creating concepts and configuring the system to meet our clients' needs.
  • Fachexperte: Take ownership of WMS solutions, from initial client consultation to system implementation and post-implementation support.
  • Prozessberater: Collaborate with our logistics teams to define and optimize warehouse management processes.
  • Kommunikator: Ensure seamless communication with stakeholders, facilitating a continuous flow of information and serving as a liaison between logistics and IT departments.
  • Wegbegleiter: Support the implementation of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to our WMS solutions.
Requirements
  • A degree or relevant education in Logistics, IT, or Engineering.
  • Experience in logistics and IT projects, with a strong interest in project management.
  • Familiarity with WMS systems such as PSIwms or willingness to learn.
  • Able to optimize processes, including on-site work in warehouses.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong work ethic and team spirit.
  • Proficiency in German and English.
