Revenue Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Growth Manager to join our team in Hamburg or Berlin. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by closing high-value deals with leading retailers across the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic, high-value customers.
- Work closely with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to maximize the pipeline, ensuring that qualified leads are efficiently nurtured and converted into successful deals.
- Apply your technical expertise to deeply understand customer needs, providing tailored solutions that align with our product offerings.
- Contribute to the development of our sales playbooks, processes, and overall strategy, helping to shape the future of our sales organization.
- Collaborate closely with our leadership team to refine and elevate our sales strategy, establishing a scalable sales funnel that leverages both your efforts and the support of BDRs.
- You bring 4+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS startup or scaleup, with a proven track record of generating and nurturing a healthy pipeline, particularly through outbound efforts.
- You have successfully closed six-figure deals with mid-market and enterprise customers, particularly within the retail sector.
- You possess strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand and explain complex products and concepts, including APIs and other technical integrations.
- You are a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a talent for educating and guiding customers through complex sales processes.
- You are fluent in German and English, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small, agile team.
- Estimated Salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
