Your Responsibilities
- You will independently manage and control interdisciplinary project teams consisting of internal and external experts as part of the project development process.
- You will oversee all technical, commercial, and legal approval aspects of the project until it is ready for construction and coordinate with your department manager.
- You will manage and control budgets, schedules, and services during project development.
- You will communicate with external and internal stakeholders who have a direct interest in the project.
- You will represent Uniper Renewables to authorities and public bodies.
- You will monitor market developments and inform management independently about changes and the need for adjustments.
Your Profile
- You have years of experience in the project development of free-field photovoltaic systems and leading interdisciplinary teams.
- You have a degree in geography, engineering, urban planning, or a comparable qualification with professional experience.
- You are motivated to develop projects to construction readiness as part of a team.
- You can represent your position in a factual and well-founded manner, including to external and internal discussion and negotiation partners.
- You enjoy working in a diverse team and are happy to share your know-how.
- You are fluent in German and have a good level of English.
- You are prepared for business trips as a matter of course.
