Senior Microelectronics Researcher

Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, one of Europe's leading research institutions, is seeking a skilled professional for its Institute for Silicon Technology ISIT in Itzehoe or Kiel.

This position involves developing components for power electronics and microsystems engineering at an industrial scale. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in relevant fields and be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Initiative, teamwork, communication skills, and independence
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Initial experience in relevant areas is desirable but not essential
• Excellent command of written and spoken English/German

The monthly salary for this position is €3,000 - €4,500 gross depending on qualifications and experience. The working hours are 45, 60, or 80 hours per month, with the option to work full-time during semester breaks.
