Job Overview

Your Role

Are you eager to leverage your project management and consulting expertise to drive significant outcomes? Do you excel in collaborating with stakeholders, including C-level executives and senior management? If you are passionate about converting strategic visions into measurable business achievements, the position of Program Manager (m/f/x) within our PMO team could be the ideal opportunity for you. With your capabilities, you will spearhead organization-wide strategic planning and reporting initiatives. Additionally, you will oversee the execution of strategic and internal consulting projects across various business units.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning cycle at both the business unit and departmental levels, from bi-annual planning sessions to monthly reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, budget, timelines, dependencies, resource needs, and key milestones.
  • Facilitate and document monthly Strategy Board and Management meetings.
  • Take full ownership of projects from conception through execution, managing risks, issues, and change control while ensuring effective communication with the project team.
  • Oversee project team members and serve as the primary liaison to all stakeholders and departments involved.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to address challenges and enhance project outcomes.
  • Continuously refine the PMO department's processes, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is required.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in a similar role or as a management consultant is essential.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory, while proficiency in German is advantageous.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including C-level and senior management.
  • Consultative Approach: Skilled in advising and supporting stakeholders in their decision-making processes.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities with a methodical and analytical mindset.
  • Results-Oriented: Focused on achieving exceptional results and willing to challenge existing norms with confidence.
  • Accountability: Proactively embracing challenges and taking full responsibility for the entire project lifecycle.
  • Self-Motivated: Driven to identify potential needs and gaps, advocating for collaboration to find optimal solutions.
