Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team at Hygiena. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and generating revenue from a subset of our account base while working closely with our Territory Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold-calling, sourcing, and lead follow-up.
  • Maintain and expand our database of prospects to drive business growth.
  • Accelerate profitable sales through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Perform online product demos to showcase our diagnostic solutions.
  • Utilize and update our CRM MS 365 platform to track sales performance and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with our sales teams in EMEA to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, life sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the food and beverage or life sciences market.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and Dynamic CRM.
  • Strong phone presence, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Occasional travel to sales or customer appointments.
