About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at REWE. As a Sales Associate for Dairy Products, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our dairy products to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing personalized service and addressing customer inquiries
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our dairy products, including their features, benefits, and pricing
  • Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized store environment
Requirements
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the retail industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
