Your Role:
- Establish ITSM standards and protocols within an international company's IT division.
- Collaborate with global technical teams to diagnose complex IT operational issues and devise effective solutions.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) in partnership with technical teams.
- Advise departments on the application of service management methodologies (such as ITIL) to enhance service delivery.
- Prepare and present service management reports to various stakeholders.
- Improve service quality by integrating innovative practices and leveraging past experiences.
- Continuously refine operational processes across various products, especially in incident management.
- Provide guidance and support to international technical teams on best practices, documentation, and quality standards in Store Operations.
Your Skills:
- Several years of experience in IT operations, including support engineering and incident/problem management.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Proficient in ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.
- Experienced in engaging with stakeholders from both business and IT domains.
- Excellent facilitation skills and strong analytical abilities.
- Fluent in English.
