About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Central Administration Portfolio Manager to join our team at Grant Thornton Luxembourg. As a key member of our Operations Central Administration unit, you will play a vital role in leading our Fund Accounting portfolio and providing exceptional client service.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely delivery of accounting and administrative tasks;
  • Providing guidance and coaching to junior team members on best practices and procedures;
  • Liaising with clients to understand their needs and expectations;
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to maintain expertise in Fund Accounting;
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting;
  • At least 7 years' experience in a Fiduciary or Financial services organization, ideally in Luxembourg;
  • Fluency in English and French, with German considered an asset;
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and adapt;
